Camarillo United Methodist Church in Camarillo, CA (Ventura County)  is looking for people interested in subbing for their 5 octave handbell choir.  We meet on Thursday nights from 7-9 p.m. from Sept. through June.  We are a very friendly, welcoming group who play mostly level 2-3 music.  If you are interested in being placed on our sub list, contact Kristi VanKeersbilck at vankeerd@vcss.k12.ca.us or call (805) 388-0679.

San Jose area Lutheran Church is currently seeking a part-time music director to oversee music ministry. The Part- time position includes directing Chancel and Handbell choirs during rehearsals on Thursday evenings from 6:15-9:00pm and the Sunday morning traditional service at 8:30AM, responsibilities also include music selection, managing the schedule and recruiting new members to sing and/or play with the groups. Experience: Bachelors of Music degree in music, with an emphasis in choral music/voice/conducting. Piano skills preferred. Prior experience with handbells and Church music preferred. Position Open:  Handbell Choir Director, St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.  Handbell experience preferred.  Rehearsals are Monday evenings from 7-9 PM.
