If your question is not answered here, please contact Kathy Arnold Registrar@areaxii.org or call at 650 962 0375.

How do I register?
Use your email address to sign up yourself or, if you prefer, your entire choir.  Before you start, read the brochure to decide which tracks you would like.  You will also be asked for your address, phone number and AGEHR member ID or Name.  After you have made your selections, you'll be prompted to select a credit card by highlighting the card's picture AND whether to make a $50 deposit or pay in full.

Are my meals covered?
Yes, any three meals are covered if you have signed up for one night of housing.  The meals at the University are varied and reasonably priced.  For more information, please see the MEALS section on the Registration page

My choir is not attending.  Can I come by myself?  How will I get my assignment?
You may attend any portion of the conference individually.  Friday and Saturday tracks are specifically designed to fit individual needs, so there's no need to register with your choir.  Sunday's Mass Attack is a full day of mass ringing.  We will be placing full choirs in the hall first and then finding spaces for individual ringers.  If you would prefer to bring your own bells and ring a certain assignment, you may do so.  In any case, there will be a staff member that will coordinate all Mass Attack placements.

Is there a Conference Dinner?  What day is that on?  Is that an additional charge?
There is no conference dinner as we have had in the past.  The amazing dining hall will allow you to have a similar experience at all dinners.  Choose your own style of cuisine and sit with friends or meet someone new!  All meals are included with your room and board NOT with conference registration.

I'd like to change my housing assignment.  How do I do that?
Contact Kathy Arnold Registrar@areaxii.org.

What is the refund policy.  Who do I contact?
$50 deposit per registrant is non-refundable. Requests submitted by February 15, 2010 shall be refunded in full (less the $50 deposit). Requests submitted by May 1, 2010 shall be refunded 50% of the registration cost. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2010.

My spouse is accompanying me.  How do I register her/him?
You should only register participants for tracks.  If your spouse will need room and board, you can register for that separately.  This will also allow him or her to participate in all the meals, recitals and concerts during the stay.  If your spouse is NOT staying on-site, there is no need to register.

Can I attend without signing up for any particular track?
You can register for room and board only.  Unfortunately, concert space is limited, so only those registered for tracks and/or room and board will be able to attend concerts.  Recitals and the final concert on Sunday are open to the public.

I have to leave early on one of the days.  Can I get a partial refund?
Your registration is for the entire track.  There is not a pro-rated fee for partial days.

I'd like to attend parts of two tracks.  Can I do that?
No.  Please choose one individual track for each day.  You will not be allowed to attend any track for which you have not registered and paid.

Where do I park?  How do I get there?
 Campus Map Link:  www.cevs.ucdavis.edu/map/

The parking lot is named VP47 and is located at www.cevs.ucdavis.edu/map/map_detail.cfm.  Parking permits cost $6.00 per day.  Permit dispensers accept quarters, one-dollar bills, five-dollar bills or VISA and MasterCard.  Parking is free on weekends and observed holidays, except when special event parking is enforced.  You may buy a pass for all the days you will be on campus when you arrive.

Where is Registration?
Registration for the conference is in the Tercero Complex in the southwest corner of campus.

How do I get from the Dorms to my classes?
The walk from the Tercero Complex to Wellman and Freeborn Halls takes about 15 minutes.  Please plan accordingly.  There is no shuttle bus on campus.  If you have any mobility issues, please contact the Registrar so we may assist you in having a pleasant conference experience.  There is also a parking structure closer to Freeborn hall, but still about a 5 minute walk.
